Caitlin and Allison, along with the whole Oceanview staff, made our wedding day truly amazing! With COVID changing our plans so frequently, we were able to have a micro-wedding. They made it easy to plan from a 200 person wedding to 40, and were super accommodating through the whole process. Even when I got sick during the reception, Caitlin and Allison were quick to make last minute changes and it went so smoothly! I am beyond thankful for their hard work, they’re terrific!!

Getting married in a pandemic NOT EASY, but Oceanview was there for us at every step, covid regulations and mask wearing way! The staff could not have been more flexible, as headcounts maximums kept changing to final meetings via virtually, that flexibility and positivity during an already stressful time was more than helpful in making our vision come true. The team is caring and willing to help and find an alternative to make things happen. Our day all be it not our first vision, could not have ended any more perfect. Sun, rain, little wind, masks, flipflops and nothing but LOVE ALL DAY LONG.

The staff at Oceanview made my day even more special than I could have ever imagined. Matt and Caitlin didn’t overlook a single detail, they made my family feel so welcomed and made wedding planning during a pandemic seem like a breeze. They accommodated everyone of my requests and made all my visions come to life ten times better than what I expected. RALPH AND CAITLIN WERE ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! The entire staff is amazing but for my actual wedding day, Ralph and Caitlin took care of us. They were on top of everything and made things as seem less as possible for my husband and I. The food was INCREDIBLE!! We have a huge mixed family which is tough to get everyone to say the food was great, so the fact that everyone loved this food WAS HUGE WITHIN ITSELF!!! We truly truly loved it here and they worked so kindly and well with me considering that our wedding had to be cancelled from last year due to Covid. I highly recommend this staff and location! The Location was beautiful to say the least and I am just so grateful that everything went as well as it did!!! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!

We loved Oceanview! My husband and I had originally planned for a 2020 wedding at another venue in central MA. Due to COVID, we ended up cancelling with our original venue and losing money (it was a terrible experience). That summer we decided to have a small, intimate, backyard ceremony. However, we still wanted to celebrate with all of our friends and family! In looking for new venues, we came across Oceanview. I love the ocean and was awestruck with the beauty of the venue. When I saw the "Satur-Yay" option, I was sold! Unfortunately, it was raining on my wedding day so I was unable to do an outdoor ceremony (which I was really bummed about). However, the indoor ceremony they set up was still beautiful. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the ceremony was (and the entire venue). All of the food was amazing! We chose the clambake option and all of our guests raved about the food! Special shoutout to my wedding coordinator and day-of coordinator! They kept us on track and seamlessly moved us throughout the day. Anything I needed was brought to me and I was treated like a queen by the staff all day! We had a perfect day and hope to attend more weddings there!

Where do I even begin... We looked at only one wedding venue in person back in the summer of 2018. We booked it officially 2 days after the venue tour. The Oceanview of Nahant is a hidden paradise in Nahant, MA that is completely private on a beautiful rocky beach. The staff at the venue goes above and beyond from that very first time you tour to the final goodbye at the end of your wedding day. Our coordinator throughout the entire planning process was the lovely Allison and she was incredible. We are a covid couple, our original wedding date was 8.8.20 and in July of 2020, we made the difficult decision to postpone due to the pandemic. Allison was there to help with anything we needed and she made the postponement process as seamless as possible. She spent many hours with me on the phone and sent countless emails to answer all the questions and concerns I had. Yesterday (8.8.21) we finally had our wedding celebration and wow, the team at the Oceanview did an absolutely incredible job. From the moment of arrival, Erica, Lish, Mike, the bartenders, all the staff on site that day made sure we were happy and ready for the big day. They kept the drinks flowing, the food hot, the dance floor clean. We were asked consistently if we needed anything and we just couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. Our guests raved about the raw bar, the signature drinks, the clambake menu, the photo booth and everyone was shocked and excited about the ice cream truck being on site at the end of the reception! We couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. I would HIGHLY recommend the Oceanview to anyone looking for a beautiful seaside New England wedding venue.

Like several others have said, there are no words to begin to describe just how amazing Ocean View of Nahant is. It was the first and only venue we toured because we just knew. From the décor, to the amazing staff and food choices - there was no competition. This place is a true hidden gem (we are in RI) We had our wedding there on August 8 and everything went beyond perfect. I truly did not have to look at the time or worry about one single thing because the amazing staff - in my case, Ralph- steered me where to go everytime I was needed. One fun and unique thing was using the bridal suite so that our bridal party and immediate family members could enjoy their own suite with endless food and drinks - and I mean the food did NOT stop coming and no one was left hungry. It was amazing. They could not have been more responsive to every e-mail, silly question or suggestion I had. They truly made it the best night of our lives. My only recommendation was that the vegetarian risotto cakes include a larger side, as I was told they were a large portion and my vegetarian guests were left a bit hungry. They were absolutely amazing though. I am very particular, like to be in control and have a hard time relaxing if we aren't on schedule - ocean view took all that stress away from me and we couldn't be more thankful.

The Oceanview of Nahant was our dream wedding venue, and it didn't disappoint. From the moment we booked till the moment we left on the night of our wedding, everything was absolutely fantastic. We felt so supported and helped by the entire staff at the Oceanview that I just want to shout out to every one of them. Whenever we had a question or concern, they emailed us back immediately. On the day of our wedding, they took care of EVERYTHING. Ralph, our wedding day concierge, and Allison worked together flawlessly with our photographer and DJ to make sure everything flowed well. The food was fantastic--our guests are still telling us how good the food was. It was just such a fun day, and it wouldn't have been that special and relaxing for my husband and I if The Oceanview wasn't as amazing as they are.

Best decision we made, and there were quite a few good ones. This venue is in an incredible setting and the staff is absolutely top notch. The views are just gorgeous. The staff are so knowledgeable and made everything low stress. Allison is a wedding coordinator extraordinaire. If you're lucky enough to get an available date from them, take it! Everyone from the wedding coordinator to the bartender was incredibly nice and helpful. I recommend them without reservation.

Best decision we've ever done, to have our wedding at Oceanview of Nahant. It's the complete package, the VIEW, the FOOD, and the Staff went above and beyond our expectations! Our Wedding was exactly how we envisioned it and more. Our guests can't stop raving about how good the food was, how awesome the bartender was on making amazing cocktails! And how can anyone forget the breath taking view! Definitely a memorable experience for everyone! they made our wedding day a fairytale dream come true!

Everyone at the Oceanview was super attentive and made sure our big day was everything we were hoping for! The venue itself is breathtaking and has a really fun vibe. We wanted somewhere where we could have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place, and the Oceanview was the perfect place for that. The food and drinks were delicious and the venue also provided our cake, which was really good too! The planning experience was fun and seamless, and I love how many options the venue had to choose from!

Where do we even begin?! My fiancé, Greg, and I had our reception here on Saturday, 11/6/2021 - a year and half after getting engaged at the start of the pandemic (!). I'm from the North Shore, and we got married in my childhood church, then partied it up at the Oceanview! The Oceanview was the first and only venue we seriously considered because we were SO blown away after our tour. Right away, we fell in love with the gorgeous oceanside location, the intimacy of the setting (one wedding at a time), and the incredible attention to the not-so-small details. From the beautiful soft blue leather ballroom chairs, to the illuminated LOVE sign in the bar room, to the "two less fish in the sea" sign that literally brought tears to my eyes, to the dancefloor on the beach - we seriously could not believe how beautiful the Oceanview truly is. We got a TON of compliments from our friends on family on the quality of the food, the dancing, the atmosphere, and the beauty of the venue itself. For all it offers, we definitely found the Oceanview to be fairly and transparently priced. We saved money by having the wedding just outside of peak season for a smaller rental fee - and we still got to do our last dance on the beach with a fog machine, in the beautiful November night air! (Side note - don't overlook November as a potential wedding date! We still had foliage on the trees and BEAUTIFUL weather!) We would definitely recommend the all-inclusive package that comes with SO much - appetizers, 3 meal choices, table wine and beer, champagne toast, DJ, photo booth, up-lighting, centerpieces and table numbers, whoopie pie favors, and the firepit finale (s'mores making)! Allison was an incredible help in planning the event, and Ralph was an AMAZING wedding day coordinator. From our first tour of the venue, to a personalized taste-testing night, their customer service was top notch! We'd give the Oceanview more than 5 stars if we could!

Oceanview was the only venue that we looked at for our wedding! We knew we wanted to be oceanside, but all of the other venues (while just as beautiful) were not right on the water or didn't fall into our price point. From our first meeting at OV to our wedding day, the staff here made everything we could have possibly dreamed of come true! Every question that we had was answered or problems solved and we couldn't have asked for better partners in planning our big day! The venue is stunning and perfect for seaside photos. Our wedding was outdoors and we had the bubbly welcome package with bubbles released once we were married. Everyone raved about how gorgeous the ceremony was, how friendly the staff were, and how beautiful the space was overall. The natural lighting from the floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom is unmatched... it truly creates a dream space! We went very minimal on decor and flowers because of how naturally beautiful the venue is on its own. We had so many of our guests talk about how it was some of the best food they've had at a wedding. We did the chicken piccata, baked haddock, and mushroom ravioli. For appetizers, we had the short rib quesadilla, arancini, and bacon wrapped scallops. Everything was perfect! Our drinks were never empty and the timeline of our day was seamless because of their exceptional attention to detail. I would 10000% recommend this venue to anyone who asks! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much to everyone at Oceanview for making sure our September wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more.

Oceanview was the exact venue I was looking for - it was my whole vision: on the beach, but don't get sandy or wet. The facilities are gorgeous, newly renovated, and tastefully decorated to where you don't need to do a ton of your own decor. The consultants are outstanding! Sammi was very quick to answer emails about whatever I was stressing about on any given day. And the day of my wedding went so smoothly - a hiccup here or there due to weather and timing but we never even knew until after the fact, and our guests had no idea. They are organized and detail oriented. There are so many different options to choose as upgrades to really make your day/night custom to you and your partner, although they do charge extra for most of these. They were very accommodating to us with our signature cocktails as we wanted to use our own recipes instead of options from their suggested list. We brought some of our own ingredients and the bartender made our drinks come to life! The planning portal was a life saver especially when it came to the seating chart but also just to make sure we were hitting all the right spots with our planning. After hosting our wedding and making our dreams come true, Oceanview will forever have a place in our hearts!

If I could rate this venue 1000 stars we would! From the organized planning, fast response rate, check ins, and meetings to help make everything super organized, to the AMAZING food our guests were raving about, great preferred vendor list, all staff and coordinators, this venue made our wedding absolutely perfect. All we had to do was simply show up and that’s how all brides should feel on their wedding morning! The venue was so beautiful we had a gorgeous summer day and Lish and Sammy decorated it so perfectly, they blew our expectations out of the water!!! Thank you Lish and Sammy for everything you did for us and our families to make our wedding day an absolute dream!

This venue is the perfect combination of elegant and seaside. From the incredible food, to the experienced staff & coordinators, this venue is a finely tuned machine. The views are absolutely unbeatable and the space is so wonderful. They KNOW weddings!! You get so much support, love, encouragement and happiness through Oceanview. Every time I visited for a tour or food tasting right up to the final meeting, I felt reinforced EVERY time that we picked the absolute perfect place for us to get married. There are multiple spaces for guests to hang out and plenty of room on the dance floor - even with 160+ guests! Everything was taken care of and it was a spectacular event - largely In part due to Allison's amazing efforts. Our day was perfect and if you want to be stress free- book the OV!”

Our wedding day at the Oceanview was nothing short of perfect! Everything about the venue is clean, up to date, and gorgeous. The new lounge gives it a more modern and chic vibe, but still ties in perfectly with the ocean-view theme. Allison and the rest of the staff are so easy to talk to and quickly responded to any and all questions that I had. They also recommended our photographer- Chris Connor from 26 North Studios- who is simply amazing. Allison got on the phone with me when needed and the online portal is very easy to use. In the final weeks prior to my wedding, Allison and Sammi were so helpful and made sure that they understood how I wanted all of my decor set up and helped us make final selections for our meals, etc. The day-of, not one person bothered me with any questions and everything ran smoothly. Ralph was our day-of concierge and we probably would have been lost without him! He looked out for us, made sure we had food and drinks, took care of my bouquet, and guided us throughout the night. From when we should say hi to our guests, to the dances with our parents, Ralph was on-top of everything and made sure we were where we needed to be. He even had the staff wrap up my food for me when I wasn’t able to finish it. On your wedding day it is SO important to have nice, personable people looking out for you and that is exactly what the Oceanview does for you. I highly recommend ending the night with a last dance on the beach and their Fire Pit Finale. It is something totally different that your guests will remember and gives you more time to be able to relax and hang out with your guests. On top of all that, the food was AMAZING and our friends and family are still raving about how delicious everything was. Thank you to the Oceanview to hands-down the most perfect day

We can not say enough about the Oceanview. We walked in and instantly knew it was the perfect venue. Everything is beautiful, The ballroom, newly renovated cocktail room, the outside is breathtaking even the bridal suite is huge and stunning. Allison, Sami, Ralph and all the staff were absolutely phenomenal . They made our wedding day stress free and everything was exactly how we envisioned it. We have got so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food, bar, and service was!! They also recommended our photographer Christopher Connor, at 26 North Studios and he was unbelievable. So talented, our photos are beautiful throughout the venue and even outside in the rain! We would highly recommend Oceanview 10/10. We wish we could relive this day all over again, was the best day ever!

Our first date we went out for lobster (twice), so we felt it was ideal to have a Clam Bake/Lobster wedding. We got engaged on April Fools Day and the wedding was Memorial Day Weekend, the staff was crucial in helping us plan this special day on short notice. And May 28, 2023 was a day we'll never forget thanks to the Ocean View Nahant.

It has taken me a couple weeks to put into words how amazing and perfect our wedding day was. We booked the venue off of pictures alone since we currently live out of state and it's even more breathtaking in person. From the very minute we booked with the Oceanview team we knew we were in good hands. They are kind, attentive, and overall super fun people to work with. They truly just want to make your dreams come true and have your vision come to life. Every single person we worked with was the most friendly, helpful and caring individual. From the amazing tasting that they have for all of their couples, to their ability to accommodate us on zoom for tours and meetings they are absolute professionals. You never ever feel like a number or just another couple, they are truly invested in getting to know you and helping in any way possible. Ally was amazing to work with and so incredibly responsive to all of my questions big and small. Lish was the sweetest person to be around on our wedding day and just went above and beyond to help in any capacity. Ralph was the most amazing bridal concierge and was there to help with everything from my bustle, (seriously very impressive) to keeping us all laughing and having fun. Our guests are raving about the views, how amazing the food was (HUGE portions), and all of the fun add ons like late night Chinese food, s'mores and firepits on the beach and whiskey and cigars. The bridal suite is huge and it was such a big help to have a private area to refresh and regroup in throughout the night. The views are stunning and the Oceanview just has it figured out down to every single detail. They keep the day so stress free because you don't have to worry about a single thing, they have it all taken care of. As an A-type person (and bride) they exceeded every single expectation I could have imagined. This venue is so unique and special from all of the beautiful decor, to the brand new bar area, to the incredibly special last dance on the beach it was so amazing. I wish that the day could have lasted forever. Seriously trying to convince all of my friends to get married here so I have an excuse to go back!!

I don’t even know where to start with reviewing how incredible Oceanview of Nahant was as a wedding venue! From the very first meeting with Allison to tour the venue to the very last moment of our wedding, Oceanview was unbelievable. The venue is gorgeous, the food is fantastic, but the true best part is the coordinators who make the whole process easy, fun, and exciting. Everything was perfectly planned for us. Oceanview had thought of everything to make our day perfect. Lish was a fantastic coordinator leading up to our wedding day and during the event. Lish and Claire thought of everything the day of and made the whole day flawless. We also had a ton of fun at the grand tasting event we went to for planning our menu. We did a Saturday day-time wedding and the pricing was great. You truly cannot get a more breathtaking view for your ceremony and reception. We felt so lucky to have our wedding at Oceanview of Nahant!

Claire was so kind and very helpful the day of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. The coordinator we worked with, Ally, had such a positive attitude and helped guide us through the night so it ran very smoothly. We have received so many compliments from our guests on not only how beautiful the venue is, but how absolutely amazing the food is too!

This venue is absolutely stunning and we are so glad we got married here. Because the space already offers so much beauty, between the ocean and their own beautiful decorations, we didn’t need spend a lot of extra money on flowers and decorations. Additionally, The Oceanview offers so many fun and unique stations—our guests LOVED the espresso bar and the cigar and whiskey station. While our dance floor was packed, guests who aren’t dancers got to enjoy corn hole, the photo booth, the stations, and the beautiful views outside, ensuring that EVERYONE could have a wonderful time. It was a night to remember.

My husband and I just got married at the Oceanview of Nahant on July 2nd, and we could not have chosen a better place to do it! Our expectations were exceeded in every way! They have a team of experts that helped us throughout the entire planning process, Since we picked the venue a year and a half ago, and it was extremely helpful considering we did not hire a wedding planner. Myself and my bridal party had the VIP room to ourselves for an hour and a half before the wedding started which was very helpful! They answered so many questions we had along the way, and even on the wedding day there was a whole team on site making sure everything goes exactly how we planned it to, (they make sure people are walking right, going to the s’mores station, having cake and doing certain things along the timeline!) not to mention that the view is breathtaking, there’s indoor and outdoor options, an option to have a tent if you do it in the fall, and many all inclusive packages/ a la cart packages whatever works for you!! When I first started looking at wedding venues, I knew I wanted an ocean vibe. As I was scrolling through The Knot website, I came across the venue as it was listed as in my price range. When I finally went on the website, I was floored. I knew immediately this was where I wanted to get married. The wooden doors, the beach stone terrace, and ocean...it was gorgeous. Seeing it in person sealed the deal. Because of COVID, our wedding date was delayed by 2 years; however, Oceanview's staff was very responsive and easily reachable throughout which was helpful in the planning process. During our two-year wait, the cocktail hour room had been refurbished. It is a beautiful room with gorgeous details on the ceiling. I liked the fact that the cocktail room was separate from the dance floor for my guests if they wanted to get away from the music. There are also many places outside for guests to escape which I also appreciated. In terms of the food, it was excellent! I had so many guests raving about the food! Prior to the wedding date, I was worried because more than 3/4 of our guest count opted for the beef. I had been to other weddings where meat had been cooked inconsistently or was served cold. Not here! Everyone said their meat was cooked perfectly and was so tender! In addition to the main courses, they have a variety of yummy appetizers and desserts. We opted for smores at the end of the night on the beach which is a fun way to end the day. When I first looked at the venue, I thought it was too good to be true that I could afford such a wonderful place. I had guests approaching me thinking the venue was way more expensive than what I actually paid for it. For the view, the food, and the staff, it is truly a bargain! The staff is extremely attentive, and it is nice that there is only 1 wedding at a time which I have seen other venues not offer. We opted for the all-inclusive package which includes cocktail appetizers, beer and wine for cocktail hour and for 1 hour at end of the night during the firepit finale with smores, the 3 course meal, the DJ, a photo booth, and favors at the end of the night. It was a great deal and helped us from having to find a DJ. If you are looking to save some money like we were, this would be a great option! Clearly, I can't stop gushing about this venue. As cliché as it sounds, it was a perfect day and Oceanview's staff and ambiance helped make it come to life. Highly recommend!

This venue was our dream wedding venue. We wanted a beach wedding, and the minute we laid eyes on this place we knew the search was over! Every single staff member was so personable and professional, and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help. The food was incredible, every guest says it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! The views are unmatched, and they’ve thought of every tiny detail when it comes to decor. And their preferred vendor list is phenomenal! We cannot say enough positive things about this venue!

We got married here in May 2022. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Our coordinator, Ally, was a dream to work with and so reliable, friendly and communicative. She always answered my questions promptly over email and kept us on track and was so patient. The actual wedding day ran so smoothly and guests marveled at the great venue choice and stunning views. Everyone loved the wide selection of food, which was delicious, and high quality bar and service. Buffet stations were a big hit as were the signature drinks. We loved the private cocktail hour as well and the appetizers drinks in the VIP suite. Lastly, the staff was also so accommodating and let us move up the timeline slightly as the night started to slow down. We could not have asked for a better experience or more professional & kind staff. 10/10 for the stunning ocean views, food, tailored service and professionalism. We had our wedding here in early December and our guests are still raving about the location!! Even though this seems like a “beach wedding” location, it was so pretty for a winter wedding too. The service day of was wonderful, especially the owner who was around to help the entire day. The food and drinks were great and we loved having the bridal suite to store everything and for the wedding party to regroup after the ceremony. We are so glad we picked Oceanview!

They were amazing to work with both on the wedding day and every day leading up to it! We had to move our date due to COVID and they were amazing at accommodating everything. This is the first venue we toured and I honestly thought there was no way it was as good as it looked online or at all reasonably affordable, and I was completely wrong. We knew from that first meeting that it was perfect. All of our guests thought we had spent double what we ended up paying. Granted, we did a Sunday afternoon in December, but your wedding is absolutely what you make it! We had atrocious weather, but everything was warm and dry inside the tent, and the staff checked in with us throughout the night to try to make sure we got to do everything we wanted. And when the weather prevented us from doing some things, they adapted and provided alternatives and made sure the night was still everything we dreamed it could be. I could not recommend the Oceanview enough if you're looking for a beachside ceremony, regardless of the season!
